Applying this knowledge Kate joined the Flight Centre Ltd at age 23 and in the next 4 ½ years was a share owner of 2 stores, managing a combined turnover of 7 ½ million per annum and 74 team combinations in total. Her talent was empowering leadership and Kate was ‘poached’ by Australia’s largest Business Coaching Company in her first ever joint venture and within 16 months was a Global trainer of coaches and ran her own coaching business turning over $80,000 per month.
